Investing In Our Future
Give Austinites a chance to vote on major new bond investments in transportation, public safety, clean water, parks and libraries, and other needed public infrastructure.
Going Coal Free
Develop and adopt an aggressive strategic plan to move Austin beyond coal and power our community’s future using clean, renewable sources of energy like wind and solar.
Moving Austin
Continue to develop plans and seek voter approval for investing in a robust urban rail system to help tackle traffic congestion and make it easier to move around the city.
Reforming City Hall
Give voters a chance to implement geographic representation on the City Council, and permanently move city election from May to November to increase participation.
Growing Future Leaders
Expand the AustinCorps civic leadership development program to serve more local high school students.
Watching Every Dime
Continue to fund basic services first, keep the tax rate low, and protect Austin’s superior bond rating, which allows our community to access investment capital affordably.
